Enjoy this classic Italian-American dish! Fettuccine al vodka is made with a creamy sauce of fresh tomatoes, garlic, onion, and the spectacular touch of vodka that will enhance all the flavors of Fettuccine De Luigi®.
Heat water in a deep pot, and once it reaches a boil, add Fettuccine De Luigi ® and cook for 7 to 9 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Then, pour in the vodka and flambé for 5 minutes.
Process the ingredients using a hand or immersion blender until you achieve a smooth sauce. Finally, add the tomato puree, chili flakes, salt, pepper, cream, Parmesan cheese, and Fettuccine De Luigi ®. Cook the sauce for 2 minutes.
Serve the fettuccine al vodka in a deep plate and garnish with basil.
