Fettuccine in Walnut Sauce

  • 4 liters water, (1L per 100g pasta)
  • salt
  • 400 grams fettuccine La Moderna®, (2 packages)
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups goat cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/8 onions
  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups table cream
  • 1 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 4 tablespoons goat cheese, crumbled, for garnish
  • 4 leaves fresh oregano, for garnish

  • In a pot over medium heat, boil water and cook Fettuccine La Moderna® with a bit of salt, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • For the sauce, blend the cream cheese with the goat cheese, garlic, onion, milk, half-and-half, walnuts, salt, and pepper until you get a smooth sauce.
  • Melt the butter in a pot or deep skillet and add the sauce. Once it comes to a boil, add the pasta and season with salt, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve the pasta and garnish with more walnuts, a bit of goat cheese, and fresh oregano leaves.
