  • Cook La Moderna® Fettuccine in boiling salted water for 9 minutes or until well cooked. Drain and set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet and fry the bacon and garlic for 5 minutes. Add the red bell pepper and broccoli, cook for 3 minutes and stir in the heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes or until the sauce is slightly thickened.
  • Add La Moderna® Fettuccine to the sauce and mix well.
  • Serve the pasta on a platter and garnish with dried parsley.
