500 grams fettuccine pasta, From Luigi de La Moderna
3 zucchinis, cut into cubes
1 serrano chile, finely chopped
2 bunches zucchini blossoms
4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
500 milliliters whipping cream
200 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredded
1/2 onions, finely chopped
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Fry the onion, garlic, and chili in olive oil until they are soft.
Add the zucchini and cilantro, after 10 minutes add the flowers, and finally the cream, season with salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain.
