500 grams fettuccine pasta, From Luigi de La Moderna
18 medium-sized shrimp, peeled
1 cream cheese, large
8 slices yellow cheese , American style
1/2 cups cow's milk
1 can bell pepper
3 tablespoons chipotle chile, marinated
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 glass dry white wine
salt
black pepper
chervil, for garnish
Preparation

Lightly fry the shrimp in olive oil and set aside.
Blend all the other ingredients to obtain a smooth sauce.
Pour the sauce into the pan where you fried the shrimp and when it comes to a boil, add the shrimp and cook until the sauce thickens.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain.
Serve the pasta topped with the sauce, the shrimp, and garnish with Chinese parsley.
