Ingredients

6 servings
  • 500 grams of fettuccine De Luigi from La Moderna
  • 18 medium shrimp peeled
  • 1 cream cheese big
  • 8 slices of yellow cheese American type
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 1 can of Bell pepper
  • 3 spoonfuls of chipotle chile pepper pickled
  • 6 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 glass of dry white wine
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • Chinese parsley to decorate

    Preparation

    Lightly fry the shrimp in the olive oil and set aside.
    Blend all other ingredients to obtain a smooth sauce.
