  • 250 grams fettuccine pasta
  • 100 grams basil
  • 100 grams pine nuts, or peanuts
  • 4 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 250 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Cook the pasta and set aside.
  • Blend the basil with garlic, parmesan cheese, peanuts, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Spray the mixture with PAM® Olive spray shot by shot until reaching 8 sprays, and achieve a thick sauce, incorporate the sour cream.
