Fettuccini with Alfredo Sauce

  • 500 grams fettuccine pasta
  • 80 grams butter
  • 2 garlic, medium cloves
  • 60 grams onion
  • 3 bacon, sliced chopped
  • 20 grams fresh cilantro, the leaves
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 50 grams deli ham, chopped

  • Cook the pasta in a pot with water for about 8 minutes or until the pasta is cooked. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pot, put the butter, and once it melts, add the onion and garlic until they are golden brown.
  • Add the bacon and ham, letting them brown.
  • Add the cream and cilantro.
  • Once the sauce is ready, add it to the pasta and mix well. Ready to serve.
