A simple pasta but very special given the flavor of the truffle butter. If truffle butter is not available, it can be substituted with truffle oil mixed with a little butter.
Add 1 tablespoon of salt to a large pot of boiling water. Stir well.
In a skillet, heat the cream until it begins to boil, add the truffle butter (or if not available, truffle oil), 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper. Keep warm over low heat.
Place the pasta in the boiling water and cook as instructed on the package. When the pasta is ready, reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid.
Add the pasta to the skillet with the butter and cream.
Gradually add a little of the reserved pasta liquid to make the pasta creamier.
Serve the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
