A simple but very special pasta given the taste of truffle butter. If truffle butter is not found, it can be substituted for truffle oil mixed with a little butter.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 85 grams truffle butter
  • black pepper
  • 1/4 packages fettuccine pasta, or tagliatelle
  • 85 Parmesan cheese, grated
  • chives, chopped optional

Preparation

Add 1 tablespoon of salt to a large pot of boiling water. Stir well.
In a pan, heat the cream until it starts to boil, add the truffle butter (or if you don't have truffle oil), 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper. Keep warm over low heat.
Put the pasta in the boiling water and cook as directed on the package. When the pasta is ready, reserve 1/2 cup of the liquid in which it was cooked.
Add the pasta to the pan with the butter and cream.
Little by little add a little of the reserved liquid of the pasta so that the pasta is creamier.
Serve the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

TIPS

Chopped chives can also be sprinkled on it.
