Add 1 tablespoon of salt to a large pot of boiling water. Stir well. In a skillet, heat the cream until it begins to boil, add the truffle butter (or if not available, truffle oil), 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper. Keep warm over low heat.
