A simple but very special pasta given the flavor of truffle butter. If truffle butter can not be found, it can be replaced with truffle oil mixed with a little butter.

Preparation
Add 1 tablespoon of salt to a large pot of boiling water. Stir well.
In a pan, put the cream to heat until it starts to boil, add the truffle butter (or if you do not have truffle oil), 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper. Keep warm over low heat.
Put the pasta in the boiling water and cook as indicated in the package. When the pasta is ready, reserve 1/2 cup of the liquid in which it was cooked.
Add the pasta to the pan with the butter and cream.
Gradually add a little bit of the reserved liquid of the pasta to make the cream more palatable.
Serve the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
