500 grams fusilli pasta, From Luigi of La Moderna
1 cauliflower
6 tablespoons margarine, or butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 árbol chile, seedless and chopped
1 pinch nutmeg, or to taste
500 milliliters whipping cream
Parmesan cheese, or aged
salt

Cook the cauliflower in the same water where you will cook the pasta, drain and chop.
Fry the garlic and chopped cauliflower in the margarine until soft, adding a little water if needed.
Add the cream and nutmeg, season with salt and cook a little longer.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain.
Mix the pasta with the cream, serve hot, and top with cheese.
