Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams fusilli pasta, De Luigi from La Moderna
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 6 tablespoons margarine, or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 Chile de árbol pepper, seedless and chopped
  • 1 pinch nutmeg, or to taste
  • 500 milliliters milk cream
  • parmesan cheese, or old
  • salt

Preparation

Cook the cauliflower in the same water where you cook the pasta, drain and chop.
Fry garlic in margarine and chopped cauliflower until smooth, help with a little water.
Add the cream and nutmeg, season with salt and cook a little more.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain.
Mix the pasta with the cream served hot and cover with the cheese.
