Fusilli with Peppers

  • 450 grams fusilli pasta
  • 8 button mushrooms, cut into quarters
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into medium cubes
  • 6 tablespoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 2 tablespoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 2 liters water

  • Boil the fusilli in a pot with water (approximately 2 liters), with a splash of oil, for about 8 minutes or until al dente..
  • In a skillet, add a tablespoon of unsalted Primavera® margarine and sauté our vegetables, then add the fusilli and® Suiza Granulated Chicken Broth, mix and let it season.
  • Place a roll of pasta in our glass with a little bit of peppers.
