Fusilli with Shrimp and Pesto Sauce in a Pot

  • 1 1/2 cups fusilli pasta
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon grain salt
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and clean
  • 100 grams pine nuts
  • 150 grams asparagus
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 150 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 100 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Boil water in a pot and add granulated salt. Add the fusilli pasta and cook for 10 minutes, until al dente. Drain the water and add a little cold water to stop the cooking of the pasta and prevent it from becoming soggy.
  • Place the pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and basil in the blender. Blend until everything is mixed and while blending, add the olive oil.
  • Clean and cut the asparagus into small pieces and cook them in boiling water with a little salt, add the shrimp and let cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Mix the pasta with the shrimp, asparagus, and pesto sauce. Serve and enjoy.
