  • 12 ounces linguine pasta, cooked
  • 2 1/4 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons curry powder
  • 2 red chiles
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1 pinch chile flakes
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chives, chopped
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Brush the chiles with oil and leave on the grill until blackened, place in a plastic bag and seal to loosen the skin with the steam's heat.
  • When cool, peel and cut into cubes.
  • Mix the curry powder, mango, garlic, chili, cilantro, red pepper, and FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt.
  • Add the pasta and seasonings, mix.
  • Refrigerate and then serve.
