These delicious ham and cheese cannelloni are ideal for your whole family, made with lasagna sheets and prepared with the delicious Zwan® Leg Ham, which is perfect for pairing with everything from a sandwich to these cannelloni.
Boil water in a pot and add salt, and when it returns to a boil, cook the lasagna sheets one by one for 3 minutes so they don’t break; this way they will remain elastic and easier to handle.
To form the rolls, place a sheet of pasta on a plate, top with Zwan® Leg Ham and then cheese; roll it up, and then place them in a tall round mold.
For the sauce, in a pot, melt the butter, add the flour, and cook and mix until it changes to a slightly golden color. Then add the milk and stir until it has a thick consistency; season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the grated manchego cheese, cook for 6 more minutes over low heat. Let cool slightly.
Add the sauce to the baking dish with the pasta rolls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C. Serve and accompany with a salad.
