These delicious ham and cheese cannelloni are ideal for your whole family, they are made with lasagna sheets and are prepared with the delicious Zwan® Leg Ham, which is perfect to combine it with everything, from a sandwich to these cannelloni.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • enough Water, for pasta
  • 1 teaspoon salt, for pasta
  • 500 grams lasagna sheet
  • 1 package Zwan® leg ham, 250 g
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, sliced, for the filling
  • 2 tablespoons butter, in cubes, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons flour, for the sauce
  • 2 cups whole milk, for the sauce
  • to taste salt, for the sauce
  • to taste black pepper, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons nutmeg, for the sauce
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated, for the sauce
  • to taste parmesan cheese

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Boil the water in a pot and add salt and when it returns to a boil, cook the lasagna sheets for 3 minutes one by one so that they do not break, in this way they will remain elastic and their handling will be easier.
To form the rolls, place a sheet of pasta on a plate, on top of the Zwan® Leg Ham and then the cheese; roll it up, then place them in a tall, round mold.
For the sauce, in a saucepan melt the butter, add the flour and cook and mix until the color changes to a slightly golden hue. Then add the milk and stir until it has a thick consistency; Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the grated Manchego cheese, cook for 6 more minutes over low heat. Chill slightly.
Add the sauce to the ovenproof dish with the pasta rolls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C. Serve and accompany with a salad.

Instead of cannelloni pasta, you can use lasagna pasta and make the roll.
