3-Ingredient Macaroni and Cheese

This 3-Ingredient Macaroni and Cheese is a real delight and very practical for lunchtime; use any type of short pasta to cook it.

  • 200 grams short pasta
  • 5 ounces gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 glasses cow's milk

  • Boil the pasta in salted water; it is advisable to heat the water first and once it boils, add the short pasta. Once cooked, remove it from the heat and drain it.
  • While the pasta is boiling, melt the gorgonzola cheese in a pan over low heat, stir it and flatten it with the help of a plastic or wooden spatula, gradually add tablespoons of milk to smooth it out and continue until it becomes a cheese sauce.
  • Serve the pasta on a plate and add cheese sauce to taste and a bit of pepper. If the sauce is too thick or lacks salt, you can add a bit of the salted water you used to cook the pasta.
