Boil the pasta in salted water; it is advisable to heat the water first and once it boils, add the short pasta. Once cooked, remove it from the heat and drain it.
While the pasta is boiling, melt the gorgonzola cheese in a pan over low heat, stir it and flatten it with the help of a plastic or wooden spatula, gradually add tablespoons of milk to smooth it out and continue until it becomes a cheese sauce.
Serve the pasta on a plate and add cheese sauce to taste and a bit of pepper. If the sauce is too thick or lacks salt, you can add a bit of the salted water you used to cook the pasta.
