Cook the pasta according to the package instructions but without salt.
Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the yellow onions and bell peppers. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender but crunchy.
Incorporate the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the chicken, the beans, and half of the cilantro; mix them well. Remove the pan from the heat.
Drain the pasta. Add the chicken mixture and stir until combined. Pour the pasta into a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through and the cheese melts. Sprinkle with the remaining cilantro.
