250 grams bacon, finely chopped
1/2 cups whipping cream
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon shallot
2 1/2 tablespoons red bell pepper, chopped
6 tablespoons orange juice
3/4 cups crab meat
2 cups pasta, cooked

Cook the bacon in a hot pan over medium-low heat until cooked. Drain the fat that is released.
Add the cream and bring to a boil. Add the egg yolk and stir well. Allow to cool slightly.
In another hot pan, add the vegetable oil, garlic, shallot, and red pepper. Sauté until the shallot is translucent and the pepper is soft.
Add the clam juice and crab meat. Once the liquid is reduced by 25%, lower the temperature and add the prepared creamy sauce.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
