Creamy Chicken Pasta with Bacon

  • 4 liters water, (1 L per 100g pasta)
  • 2 packages La Moderna® screw, 200 g each
  • 1 cup bacon
  • 500 grams chicken
  • 1/2 cups tomato
  • 1 package cream cheese, 190 g
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1/3 cups Parmesan cheese
  • fresh oregano, for garnish

  • In a pot, boil the water and when it starts to boil, add the salt. Wait for it to regain temperature and add the La Moderna® spiral pasta. Cook according to the package instructions. Drain, cool, and set aside.
  • For the sauce, blend the tomatoes, cream cheese, milk, and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
  • In a skillet, fry the bacon, add the diced chicken, and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown. Pour in the tomato sauce and let it reduce for 20 minutes, seasoning to taste. Add the pasta and mix thoroughly with the sauce.
  • Serve in a slightly deep plate and garnish with fresh oregano.
