In a pot, boil the water and when it starts to boil, add the salt. Wait for it to regain temperature and add the La Moderna® spiral pasta. Cook according to the package instructions. Drain, cool, and set aside. For the sauce, blend the tomatoes, cream cheese, milk, and Parmesan cheese. Set aside. In a skillet, fry the bacon, add the diced chicken, and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown. Pour in the tomato sauce and let it reduce for 20 minutes, seasoning to taste. Add the pasta and mix thoroughly with the sauce. Serve in a slightly deep plate and garnish with fresh oregano.
