Dry Noodle Soup

Dry noodle soup is a very traditional preparation in Mexican recipes. It is one of the most popular homemade dishes in our country. As soon as you taste the soup, the flavor will transport you to your childhood.

  • Blend the tomato, onion, chipotle (to taste), garlic, and tomato puree.
  • In a pot with two tablespoons of oil, sauté this sauce and season.
  • In the boiling chicken broth, cook the La Moderna ® soup pasta; after 8 minutes, add the tomato sauce and wait for it to cook down and the liquid to evaporate.
