1 kilo chicken breast, in fillets, cubes, or slices
2 onions, sliced
400 grams button mushrooms
1 teaspoon garlic, mashed
2 cups cow's milk
2 tablespoons wheat flour
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
150 milliliters whipping cream, or whole
100 grams spinach
400 grams fettuccine pasta

Place enough salted water in a large pot and bring it to a boil over high heat.
Cook the butter, onion, garlic, and mushrooms over medium heat. Sauté for about 10 minutes, depending on how cooked you like the mushrooms.
Add the chicken and cook until it turns golden brown.
At this point, the water should be boiling. Add the pasta.
Turn off the heat and gradually add the milk while stirring with a spoon to mix well.
Turn on the stove to low heat, stirring while the sauce thickens. Add the cheese and mix well, then add the cream while whisking until fully incorporated.
Add the spinach and cook for 5 minutes until the leaves soften, stirring occasionally.
Taste the pasta to ensure it is firm but soft and drain.
Serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta.
