Fresh Dough for Pasta

I love any dish that is made with pasta, but since I discovered this recipe, I have fallen even more in love with pasta. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams flour

  • Place the flour in a bowl, leaving a well in the center, crack the eggs and mix until you have a homogeneous dough. You can add a little more egg or flour as needed. Let it rest.
  • Roll out with a rolling pin, making very thin sheets, but not too thin so they don't break.
  • Cut according to what you will cook, into very thin strips to make fettuccine, into squares, rectangles, or circles to make ravioli, or into wide and long strips to make lasagna.
  • To cook the dough, boiling water is required, and it doesn't take long to be ready; you can observe the change in color of the dough, which can take 5 to 7 minutes.
