Morrón Pasta

This pasta is ideal for pairing with meats; it even works perfectly for Christmas dinner. You can enjoy it as a side dish or as a main course. It's easy to prepare and delicious.

  • 200 grams elbow pasta
  • 3 cans red bell pepper
  • 4 cups cream
  • pepper
  • cheddar cheese
  • monterey cheese
  • granulated chicken bouillon
  • unsalted butter
  • salt

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cook the pasta al dente and drain it, pour it into an aluminum mold, and add butter.
  • In the blender, place the bell pepper, cream, salt, pepper, and chicken bouillon powder, and blend.
  • When the pasta is cool, add the previous mixture and cover the entire pasta.
  • Grate both cheeses and completely cover the surface of the soup.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
