1/2 kilos pasta, thick noodles, ribbons, or tagliatelle

1/2 tablespoons sugar, powdered sugar (glass)

Boil the noodles (pasta) in salted water, as if you were preparing them for a regular meal. Once they are ready, drain them.
On the other hand, beat the eggs until stiff peaks form, then add the powdered sugar and regular sugar, wine, cinnamon, and raisins.
Once this mixture is well beaten, fold in the drained noodles.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking pan. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and cook over moderate heat for half an hour. Remove from the oven and let it sit covered for 10 minutes to steam. After that time, you can remove the foil, and the kugel is ready.
