Pasta in Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Sauce

  • 4 teaspoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 chicken breast, skinless and boneless
  • 200 grams fusilli pasta
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 cup oyster mushrooms, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato, cut in half
  • 4 teaspoons Primavera Light® unsalted margarine

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the margarine Primavera Chantilly® Salt-Free over medium heat and sear the chicken until golden brown on all sides. Add and incorporate the mushrooms and cook for two minutes.
  • Add the tomatoes and cook for a couple more minutes, stirring constantly. Pour in the milk along with the Knorr® Suiza chicken broth, nutmeg, and oregano. Mix everything well.
  • Cook for 10 minutes over medium-low heat to finish cooking the chicken. Add and incorporate the pasta, cooking for a couple of minutes to mix everything well. Remove from heat, let it rest for two minutes, stir, and serve.
