  • 500 grams broccoli La Huerta
  • 750 grams cheese filled ravioli
  • 450 grams beef tenderloin

  • Cook the steak to your liking, over medium heat in a pan with oil. Let it rest for 1 min and slice it thinly.
  • Defrost the Broccoli La Huerta in the microwave.
  • Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions.
  • For the sauce, sauté the onion and add the white wine. Let it cook over medium heat for 1 min.
  • Incorporate the evaporated milk, milk, and Ricotta cheese, mix and cook for 4 min.
  • Add the chicken broth and Italian herbs, cook for 1 more min and remove the sauce from the heat.
  • In a baking dish, place the ravioli along with the broccoli, add the sliced steak and pour the sauce on top.
  • Reheat in the microwave if necessary.
