500 grams broccoli La Huerta
750 grams cheese filled ravioli
450 grams beef tenderloin
1/4 onions, chopped
1/4 cups white wine
100 grams ricotta cheese
1/2 cans evaporated milk
1/4 cups cow's milk
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, dehydrated
1 1/2 teaspoons granulated chicken bouillon

Cook the steak to your liking, over medium heat in a pan with oil. Let it rest for 1 min and slice it thinly.
Defrost the Broccoli La Huerta in the microwave.
Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions.
For the sauce, sauté the onion and add the white wine. Let it cook over medium heat for 1 min.
Incorporate the evaporated milk, milk, and Ricotta cheese, mix and cook for 4 min.
Add the chicken broth and Italian herbs, cook for 1 more min and remove the sauce from the heat.
In a baking dish, place the ravioli along with the broccoli, add the sliced steak and pour the sauce on top.
Reheat in the microwave if necessary.
