Prepare this delicious and easy seafood pasta recipe with mussels, clams, and squid rings seasoned with white wine and a touch of fresh parsley. The best part is the spectacular tomato sauce that accompanies it.
6 tablespoons olive oil, 3 for cooking the pasta and 3 for the filling
4 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
1 cup squid, clean
1/4 cups squid, in rings
1 cup Del Fuerte® seasoned tomato sauce
15 mussels
8 clams
10 shrimp, clean and without head
1/4 cups white wine
3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
1 pinch salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese, to accompany

Heat water in a deep pot until it reaches a boil, add salt and then the pasta and olive oil, cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat a pan over medium heat with olive oil, cook the garlic, squid, and squid rings. Add the Condiment Tomato Purée from El Fuerte®, the mussels, clams, and shrimp. Cook for a few more minutes.
Add white wine and parsley, let it reduce and season with salt and pepper, serve with parmesan cheese and a few drops of lemon.
