Spaghetti Frutti di Mare

Prepare this delicious and easy seafood pasta recipe with mussels, clams, and squid rings seasoned with white wine and a touch of fresh parsley. The best part is the spectacular tomato sauce that accompanies it.

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 200 grams spaghetti, pasta of your choice
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil, 3 for cooking the pasta and 3 for the filling
  • 4 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup squid, clean
  • 1/4 cups squid, in rings
  • 1 cup Del Fuerte® seasoned tomato sauce
  • 15 mussels
  • 8 clams
  • 10 shrimp, clean and without head
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • Parmesan cheese, to accompany
  • bread, to accompany

  • Heat water in a deep pot until it reaches a boil, add salt and then the pasta and olive oil, cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat with olive oil, cook the garlic, squid, and squid rings. Add the Condiment Tomato Purée from El Fuerte®, the mussels, clams, and shrimp. Cook for a few more minutes.
  • Add white wine and parsley, let it reduce and season with salt and pepper, serve with parmesan cheese and a few drops of lemon.
