For the meat, heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil; add the onion, garlic, celery, carrot, tomato, and ground beef; add the red wine, tomato puree, thyme, oregano, bay leaf, and season with salt and pepper, cook for 20 minutes until the liquid evaporates. Set aside.
To assemble the lasagna, in a baking dish place a layer of pasta, a layer of cream, a layer of meat, and a layer of cheese, repeat the steps until the mold is full, finish with a layer of cheese, and microwave for approximately 8 minutes.
Cut and serve carefully. Enjoy.
