Italian Macaroni

Delicious Italian macaroni with its special blend of tomato sauce and parmesan cheese. One of the typical dishes of Italy.

  • 300 grams elbow pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 garlic
  • 250 grams meat, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 70 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cups white wine

  • We chop and mix the onion, garlic, and bell pepper, all chopped, together with the oil.
  • We add the meat, if preferred we can add parsley or mint, let it heat up a bit, add the wine, and cook until it evaporates.
  • Now we mix it with the tomato sauce. We add salt. We cook the macaroni for about 15 minutes, and when it's ready, let's eat!!
