300 grams elbow pasta
1 onion
2 cups tomato sauce
2 garlic
250 grams meat, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 green bell pepper
70 grams Parmesan cheese
1/2 cups white wine

We chop and mix the onion, garlic, and bell pepper, all chopped, together with the oil.
We add the meat, if preferred we can add parsley or mint, let it heat up a bit, add the wine, and cook until it evaporates.
Now we mix it with the tomato sauce. We add salt. We cook the macaroni for about 15 minutes, and when it's ready, let's eat!!
