Delicious Italian macaroni with its special mix of tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese. One of the typical foods of Italy.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 300 grams of macaroni
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cups of tomato sauce
  • 2 garlic
  • 250 grams of meat chopped
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 70 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of White wine

    Preparation

    Chop and mix the onion, garlic and pepper, all chopped together with the oil.
    Add the meat, if you prefer we can add parsley, or good grass, let warm a little, add the wine and cook until it evaporates.
    Now we mix it with the tomato sauce. We made the salt. Cook the macaroni approx. for 15 min, and when when ready, to eat !!

    PRESENTATION

    Sprinkle parmesan cheese on each plate.
