  • Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat, then add the flour and mix until well combined; make sure to break up any lumps and when the flour turns golden, pour in the milk and McCormick® Mayonnaise with lemon; mix well. Next, add the grated manchego cheese, season with salt and pepper. Keep over low-medium heat until you obtain a thick sauce. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Pour the olive oil into a pan and cook the garlic together with the onion until they become shiny. Add the ground beef and bay leaf, cook and stir constantly. When the meat changes color, pour in the tomato sauce and basil, then season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes and set aside.
  • Cut the cooked lasagna pasta with the help of rings about 5 centimeters in diameter.
  • Assemble the lasagna in a McCormick® Mayonnaise jar with lemon: Place a circle of pasta, then pour a bit of the white sauce with mayonnaise, a bit of the ground meat with tomato sauce, and some grated manchego cheese, all in equal portions. Repeat the process until the jar is full. Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes and once ready, decorate with a few fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
