Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter, in cubes, for the sauce; 2 tablespoons flour, for the sauce; 1 1/2 cups milk, for the sauce; 2 tablespoons McCormick® Mayonnaise with Lemon, for the sauce; ´1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated, for the sauce; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped; 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped; 2 cups ground beef; 1 bay leaf; 2 cups tomato sauce, ideal for pasta; 1 sprig basil; 500 grams lasagna pasta, precooked in water and drained; salt, for seasoning; pepper, for seasoning; 1 cup Manchego cheese, grated; basil, for decoration

Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat, then add the flour and mix until well combined; make sure to break up any lumps and when the flour turns golden, pour in the milk and McCormick® Mayonnaise with lemon; mix well. Next, add the grated manchego cheese, season with salt and pepper. Keep over low-medium heat until you obtain a thick sauce. Remove from heat and set aside. Pour the olive oil into a pan and cook the garlic together with the onion until they become shiny. Add the ground beef and bay leaf, cook and stir constantly. When the meat changes color, pour in the tomato sauce and basil, then season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes and set aside.
