Blend for the SAUCE:
5-6 boiled tomatoes (after boiling, peel them), ½ white onion, 2 garlic cloves, 210g of tomato puree, salt, and pepper.
Olive oil, chicken bouillon powder, Italian herbs, approximately 600 milliliters of water.
In a pot for the MEAT:
Pre-cook ½ kg of ground beef with ¼ onion and 2 garlic cloves. Add 2 chopped carrots, salt and pepper, chicken bouillon powder, and fine herbs.
In the baking dish:
Grease with butter and layer in this order: sauce, lasagna sheets, meat, cheese, and repeat until full, topping with cheese.
Bake at 200°C; until the cheese melts.
