Homemade Lasagna

A very easy lasagna to make; it is prepared with tomato sauce, ground beef, and cheese. A unique and delicious combination that you can't miss.

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 3/4 onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 210 grams tomato purée
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 kilos ground beef
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, or Manchego
  • 10 lasagna sheets, (sheets)

  • Blend for the SAUCE: 5-6 boiled tomatoes (after boiling, peel them), ½ white onion, 2 garlic cloves, 210g of tomato puree, salt, and pepper. Olive oil, chicken bouillon powder, Italian herbs, approximately 600 milliliters of water.
  • In a pot for the MEAT: Pre-cook ½ kg of ground beef with ¼ onion and 2 garlic cloves. Add 2 chopped carrots, salt and pepper, chicken bouillon powder, and fine herbs.
  • In the baking dish: Grease with butter and layer in this order: sauce, lasagna sheets, meat, cheese, and repeat until full, topping with cheese.
  • Bake at 200°C; until the cheese melts.
