Individual Lasagnas

Treat your kids to these delicious individual lasagnas. They contain two types of cheese that kids love. They are very easy to make and perfect for children's parties or for feeding when your kids have their friends over. Don't miss out on making this recipe; it's delicious.

  • 200 grams beef, ground
  • 3 red beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon bell pepper
  • 40 grams butter
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 150 grams Manchego cheese, grated
  • 200 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons thyme
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • Place oil in a hot skillet and fry the ground beef, remove from heat and drain the excess fat.
  • Blend the onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Transfer the sauce to a hot pot with oil and cook for 6 minutes. Add the meat to the sauce, season, and let it cook for 10 minutes over medium heat until most of the juice has reduced.
  • Sprinkle a little flour on the table and roll out the puff pastry until thin. Cut squares large enough to cover a muffin tin. Grease a muffin tin with butter and place a square in each muffin cup.
  • Add a bit of the meat inside each muffin, then sprinkle grated manchego cheese on top, add another layer of meat, and finish with grated parmesan cheese and a little chopped parsley.
  • Bake at 175°C for 30 minutes.
