Italian Lasagna

A very easy lasagna recipe that will turn out delicious. It will surely become one of the classic recipes in your home.

  • 500 grams ground meat, beef
  • 2 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 450 grams ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cups parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 650 grams tomato sauce, for pasta
  • 1 cup water

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • In a deep bowl, mix 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, all the ricotta cheese, and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
  • In a pan, cook the ground beef until fully cooked, remove all the water released, and add the tomato sauce and 1 cup of water. Mix well.
  • Grease a baking dish with vegetable spray and place a layer of ground beef filling, then a layer of 3 lasagna sheets and a layer of the cheese mixture. Repeat this two times and on the last layer place 3 lasagna sheets, ground beef mixture, and finally the cheese mixture.
  • Add the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top of the lasagna and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the aluminum foil and bake for 15 more minutes to brown the cheese.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.
