These lasagna cups are a very original preparation, they are delicious because they are filled with rich Bolognese meat sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese; this delight is spectacular to prepare for any event.
Heat olive oil over medium heat, cook the garlic with the onion, carrot, leek, celery, ground beef, and tomato, season with spices, add the Prego® Traditional Sauce, cover, and let simmer for 10 minutes. Set aside.
In a cupcake mold, line the walls with lasagna sheets, at the base and around the walls of the mold, fill with the meat sauce, and cover with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Serve on a plate and garnish with basil leaves. Enjoy.
