To make an individual lasagna, serve lasagna rolls that have the same delicious flavor as lasagna but make serving easier, and you can place it on a very nice plate.
Sauté 1/2 chopped onion, garlic, add the chopped tomato and let it simmer on low heat, letting it boil for 30 minutes.
Pass through a fine strainer and set aside. In a pot, heat olive oil and sauté onion, add the meat, and once the meat is cooked, add the white wine.
After the wine has evaporated, add the tomato sauce and bay leaf.
Grate the cheese.
Cut the mozzarella cheese into slices.
Grease the mold with butter and place pasta, meat, and a bit of mozzarella cheese. Roll them up. Place them in the baking dish with a bit of tomato sauce and sprinkle the leftover Parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes, remove the foil and let it brown for 10 more minutes.
