Delicious and appetizing lasagna rolls with Hunt's® pasta sauce filled with soft ricotta cheese, serrano ham, and salmon will make a perfect combination. This super original dish is sauced and sprinkled with parmesan cheese and fresh basil sprigs.
Heat water in a medium pot over high heat, when it boils add the lasagna sheets and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and shallot and cook for a few minutes. Add Hunt's® Traditional Pasta Sauce and thyme. Cook for 10 minutes and season. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over low heat and sauté the serrano ham for 1 minute, then remove. In the same fat, cook the salmon until well done. Shred the salmon and mix with the serrano ham and ricotta cheese.
Place the filling on a lasagna sheet and roll it up to shape. Fill all the lasagna sheets and place them in a baking dish or serving plate.
Sauce the lasagna rolls and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and finish with fresh basil.
