Rich and appetizing lasagna rolls with Hunt's® pasta sauce filled with soft ricotta cheese, serrano ham and salmon will make a perfect combination. This super original dish is salseado and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and sprigs of fresh basil.

Preparation
Heat the water in a medium pot over high heat, when it breaks the boil add the sheets of lasagna and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and reserve.
Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and the shallots and cook a few minutes. Add Traditional Hunt's® Pasta Sauce and thyme. Cook for 10 minutes and season. Reservation.
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over low heat and sauté the serrano ham 1 minute, remove. In the same fat cook the salmon until it is well cooked. Discard the salmon and mix with the serrano ham and the ricotta cheese.
Place the filling on a sheet of lasagna and roll to shape it. Fill all the sheets of lasagna and place them in a refractory or serving dish.
Sauté the lasagna rolls and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and finish with fresh basil.
