Rich and appetizing lasagna rolls with Hunt's® pasta sauce filled with soft ricotta cheese, serrano ham and salmon will make a perfect combination. This super original dish is salseado and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and sprigs of fresh basil.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 cups of Water
  • 1 package of pasta for lasagna 500 g
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil for the sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of shallot finely chopped
  • 500 grams of Hunt's® Pasta Sauce traditional
  • 5 twigs of thyme
  • 3 pinches of Salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 Cup of Serrano ham chopped
  • 4 pieces of salmon fillet fresh without skin
  • 1 Cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan cheese fine grated
  • 5 twigs of basil

    Preparation

    Heat the water in a medium pot over high heat, when it breaks the boil add the sheets of lasagna and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and reserve.
    Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and the shallots and cook a few minutes. Add Traditional Hunt's® Pasta Sauce and thyme. Cook for 10 minutes and season. Reservation.
    Heat the oil in a medium skillet over low heat and sauté the serrano ham 1 minute, remove. In the same fat cook the salmon until it is well cooked. Discard the salmon and mix with the serrano ham and the ricotta cheese.
    Place the filling on a sheet of lasagna and roll to shape it. Fill all the sheets of lasagna and place them in a refractory or serving dish.
    Sauté the lasagna rolls and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and finish with fresh basil.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the lasagna rolls stuffed with the sauce and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and basil sprigs at the end.
