  • 5 cans canned tuna in water
  • 2 heads broccoli
  • 250 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredded

  • Melt the butter in a pan without burning it, add the flour, and brown until a smooth, lump-free dough forms.
  • Gradually pour in the hot milk while stirring continuously until it becomes a creamy sauce.
  • Add the drained tuna and the previously cooked and chopped broccoli, season with salt and pepper. Cook until well combined.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  • Spread a little of the sauce on the bottom of the baking dish and start layering by placing Oaxaca cheese between the layers, and on top before baking.
