500 grams lasagna sheets
5 tomatoes
1 cup sour cream
300 grams Manchego cheese, grated
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
olive oil
5 leaves basil, for garnish
4 cups water
400 grams ground meat

Boil the pasta with a splash of olive oil and salt for about 10 minutes.
Blend the raw tomatoes with a little salt and pepper.
In a pot, add the blended tomatoes along with water and season with salt and pepper.
Add the ground beef and wait until the liquid evaporates and the meat is cooked.
In a baking dish, place the lasagna pasta, then a layer of meat with tomato, cream, and cheese.
Cover with lasagna pasta and make another layer, finally you need to finish with cheese.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the oven for about 5 minutes, then serve immediately.
Decorate with a basil leaf.
