Meat Lasagna with Tomato Sauce

  • 500 grams lasagna sheets
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 300 grams Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • olive oil
  • 5 leaves basil, for garnish
  • 4 cups water
  • 400 grams ground meat

  • Boil the pasta with a splash of olive oil and salt for about 10 minutes.
  • Blend the raw tomatoes with a little salt and pepper.
  • In a pot, add the blended tomatoes along with water and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the ground beef and wait until the liquid evaporates and the meat is cooked.
  • In a baking dish, place the lasagna pasta, then a layer of meat with tomato, cream, and cheese.
  • Cover with lasagna pasta and make another layer, finally you need to finish with cheese.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the oven for about 5 minutes, then serve immediately.
  • Decorate with a basil leaf.
