Shrimp Alfredo Lasagna

You can't miss this exquisite shrimp Alfredo lasagna! To make the recipe easier, a pre-prepared lasagna is heated with an extra touch of flavor with some shrimp, you'll love it!

  • 2 tablespoons butter, in cubes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 500 grams shrimp, clean and shelled
  • 1/4 cups butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 cups cream cheese, in cubes, at room temperature
  • 1 Stouffer's® meat lovers lasagna
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped

  • Heat a skillet over high heat, add butter, garlic, and shrimp, and cook until they change color, but do not cook them completely. Reserve the shrimp.
  • Add the butter and garlic to the same skillet and cook until golden and fragrant. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and cook until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve the sauce.
  • Preheat an oven to 190 °C and cook the Stouffer's® meat lovers lasagna for 60 minutes.
  • Place the shrimp on top of the lasagna, pour some sauce over it, and sprinkle with manchego cheese. Bake the lasagna for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Remove the shrimp lasagna from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Serve the shrimp Alfredo lasagna hot and sprinkle with parsley.
