1 package lasagna sheets
1 kilo medium-sized shrimp, cooked without head
50 grams flour
50 grams butter
1500 milliliters cow's milk
nutmeg
salt
white pepper, minced
350 grams Gruyère cheese
Preparation

Low
Cook the pasta in enough water; once it boils, count 15 minutes. Remove from the water and set aside.
Melt the butter and add the flour immediately.
Stir with a whisk to form a paste.
Gradually add the milk and continue to whisk.
Season with nutmeg, white pepper, and salt.
Reduce until it thickens slightly.
To finish, place a layer of pasta, béchamel or white sauce, shrimp, and gruyere cheese.
Repeat the previous step until you have used all the pasta, finishing with gruyere cheese.
Bake at 180º C for 15 minutes. The baking dish should be covered with aluminum foil while cooking.
Remove the aluminum foil, return the dish to the oven to gratin for 5 more minutes.
