Try this delicious tuna lasagna recipe with vegetables, featuring the tasty combination of Herdez® Tuna in water, peas, and corn. Your whole family will love it, and it will be a very easy and quick meal to prepare.
Drain the Herdez® Tuna in water, making sure to remove all the liquid. Set aside.
Add olive oil to a skillet and sauté the onion and garlic; when they change color, add the drained tuna and cook for 4 minutes. Add the corn, peas, and tomato puree to the same skillet, then season with salt and pepper and cook for 4 more minutes. Set aside.
To assemble the lasagna: place a layer of lasagna noodles in a baking dish, then add a layer of the tuna filling, two tablespoons of cream covering the tuna, and then the grated cheese. Repeat until the entire dish is filled, finishing with a layer of cheese.
Bake the tuna lasagna at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
Serve the tuna lasagna with vegetables in the same baking dish and decorate with basil leaves.
