Turkey Breast and Chihuahua Cheese Filled Lasagna Rolls

Prepare these delicious lasagna rolls filled with turkey breast accompanied by a creamy sauce made with Chihuahua cheese and spices. A great option for Christmas dinner and to surprise your guests.

  • 500 grams lasagna sheets, 1 package
  • 4 tablespoons Lala® butter
  • 1/4 white onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1 liter Lala® milk
  • 1 cup Lala® Chihuahua cheese, in cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoons rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons white pepper
  • 2 cups turkey breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Lala® Chihuahua cheese, shredded
  • 4 sprigs rosemary, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish.
  • Cook the lasagna pasta in a pot with boiling water and salt according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • For the sauce and filling, in a small pot over medium heat, melt the LALA® Butter and cook the onion and garlic. Add the flour all at once and cook, stirring constantly, until golden.
  • Add the LALA® Milk and cook for about 20 minutes or until thickened. Add the LALA® Chihuahua Cheese and let it melt. Season with spices and set aside 1/3 of the sauce.
  • Incorporate the shredded turkey breast into the remaining sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Place a little of the turkey filling on the lasagna pasta and roll it up. Arrange the rolls in the baking dish and pour the reserved sauce over them.
  • Cover with LALA® Chihuahua Cheese and gratin in the oven for about 15 minutes. Decorate with rosemary and serve immediately.
