Turkey Lasagna with White Sauce

White lasagna with turkey filling and artichoke hearts, accompanied by bacon with a touch of white wine and delicious Prego® Homemade Style Alfredo Sauce, topped with mozzarella and brie cheese. The topping will have a little figs that will melt with the cheese, I assure you that you have never tasted anything like it.

  • 1/2 cups bacon
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 cups turkey breast, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 cup artichoke heart
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 1/2 jars Prego® homestyle alfredo sauce, 411g each
  • 3 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 8 cups water
  • 20 lasagna sheets
  • 260 grams Brie cheese, cut into thin slices
  • 1 cup fig, sliced

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the bacon and cook until browned. Remove excess fat. Add garlic, thyme, and onion. Cook for three minutes and incorporate the turkey breast, artichoke hearts, and white wine.
  • Add Prego® Traditional Homemade Alfredo Sauce. Mix and set aside the filling.
  • Heat water in a pot until boiling over high heat. Add lasagna sheets and cook for 8 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.
  • In a deep dish, add lasagna sheets, and add filling, serve another layer of lasagna sheets with a little mozzarella cheese, add more filling. Repeat until completely filled.
  • Finish with lasagna sheets, a little Prego® Homemade Style Alfredo Sauce, mozzarella cheese, brie cheese, and alternate with the figs.
  • Bake lasagna for 10 minutes until golden brown.
