Lemon Pasta with Tuna and Peas

  • 1/4 cups pasta
  • 1/4 cups canned tuna
  • 1/3 cups peas, cooked
  • 1/2 limes, its juice
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons dill, dehydrated
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 orange
  • 1/4 cups jicama

  • Bring 1 cup of water to a boil with a little salt and olive oil.
  • Place the dry pasta in the water and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  • Add the peas with the pasta and let it boil for 5 more minutes.
  • Remove the pasta and peas from the heat and let them drain in a colander.
  • Mix the olive oil, lemon, and vinegar separately. Then add this mixture over the pasta.
  • Add the tuna and parmesan cheese to the pasta.
  • Serve the orange cut into wedges and the jicama cut into cubes separately.
